who are “313”

The number behind our name marks a moment historically associated with a small group who chose principled action over scale — clarity and dignity over power and numbers. Three Thirteen is a fully secular, inclusive organisation; we hold the reference as symbolic, not religious.

Six program pillars, one studio

Applied psychology, not just therapy.

Each pillar is a standalone programme area with its own beneficiaries, delivery model, and global-goal alignment — delivered in-person from Karachi and online, so our reach isn’t limited by geography. Full programme profiles, indicators, and partnership terms for each pillar are provided in our accompanying Programme Framework document.

What we hold to

Six values, no exceptions.

Human Dignity

Every individual deserves respect, safety, and agency, regardless of background or belief.

Psychological Integrity

Mental health work must be ethical, evidence-informed, and conscious of its impact.

Depth Over Noise

We prioritise thoughtful, meaningful work over performative or superficial output.

Inclusivity

Our work is secular, culturally sensitive, and accessible across identities and communities.

Responsibility

Creativity, education, and influence carry responsibility — to individuals and to society.

Long-Term Impact

We focus on sustainable, evidence-backed change rather than short-term visibility.
